Cancellations:

You are able to cancel your visit by 8am the same day as your visit. You will be charged for half of the visit if you cancel after 8am. For pet sitting services a 24 hour notice is needed for a full refund.

Payment:

All payments are collected securely using Venmo service (@ballantinepaws). These payments are expected End of Day on Fridays if you have multiple service days otherwise they are due end of day of service. You are always welcome to add an additional tip to your walker to let them know what a wonderful job they are doing!

Late fee is 10% of amount due added for each day it is late- especially without communicating.

Cash, Check, or Card are accepted- but Venmo is encouraged.

What happens if there is an emergency while caring for my pet?

The Client Profile may seem time consuming, but this is the most important item to complete for your pet. This will include any contact information. If you are unreachable and your emergency contact is not responding to our phone calls, it is our responsibility to seek care for your pet or secure your home. If a vet visit is necessary, we will take your pet to your regular vet. If your regular vet is closed, we will take your pet to a nearby 24- hour emergency veterinary.
